Where is the barn located?

The barn is located just a few miles from the Aubrey, Texas town square. Once all intake paperwork has been completed and submitted, you will be given the physical address to the barn.

What is the cost of sessions?

The initial session will be an intake assessment, and will be 90 minutes long. During this time, I will be reviewing all of the necessary intake paperwork with you, and we will spend time getting to know one another, as well as allow time for horse introductions.

  • $175

Follow up sessions will be 60 minutes long, and time will be spent working towards the identified therapeutic goals in collaboration with myself and the horse(s). Most of my clients meet with me initially once or twice weekly, then eventually on a bi-weekly basis to maintain progress.

  • $150

Do you accept insurance?

I currently do not accept insurance, and all sessions are self pay.

What do I need to prepare for a session at the barn?

The following is a list of things that should help you prepare for your sessions with the horses:

  • Closed toe shoes (boots are optimal, but tennis shoes will suffice)

  • Water - especially during the summertime when temperatures are higher

  • Sunscreen

  • Hat

  • Light jacket

  • Additional layers of clothing during the wintertime when temperatures are lower

  • Journal and pen if you would like to write down any awarenesses or insights gained while out with the horse(s)

*No previous horse experience necessary. All sessions are from the ground, and no riding is involved
